- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including return shipping.

- Ensure all items are securely packaged for return. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. Untraceable packages will not be processed.
- Our warranty does not cover items that show signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our jewelry experts.
